Another month of Gold star feedback!

At Mercian Labels we never take our customer’s satisfaction for granted, and so, every month, we send out our NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey to everyone who has placed an order, asking what they think of the service they’ve received.

Although we are used to receiving positive feedback, it really struck us this month that in less than an hour we received the following four responses. Full of positivity, appreciation and genuine heartfelt feedback.

“A simple process and delivered exactly what I was after, thank you.”

Each of these (and many others) came with a Gold Star response, and we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team who make this possible, day in and day out.

It is this kind of feedback that reminds us why we do what we do. Combining quality, speed and the highest levels of customer care to make every label order a success.
