At Mercian Labels we never take our customer’s satisfaction for granted, and so, every month, we send out our NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey to everyone who has placed an order, asking what they think of the service they’ve received.
Although we are used to receiving positive feedback, it really struck us this month that in less than an hour we received the following four responses. Full of positivity, appreciation and genuine heartfelt feedback.

Each of these (and many others) came with a Gold Star response, and we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team who make this possible, day in and day out.
