Zero is often referred to in a negative way. ‘Zero’, ‘Zilch’, ‘Nada’, but when it comes to audits… …it couldn’t be better 😊.
Having just completed our latest joint ISO9001 and ISO 14001 audit, we are bursting with pride and positivity for our team, as once again, we passed with ZERO Non-Conformances and ZERO Opportunities for Improvement.
In auditing terms, ZERO, is as good as it gets.
But what does ZERO actually mean for you?
In short, it means that every process; from order intake, through print production to delivery; is not only compliant, it is consistently delivering exactly what it should, when it should. It means our environmental practices aren’t just policies on paper, they are embedded into how we operate every day, which, when added together with the operation of our quality management systems, means the systems behind the production of your labels are reliable, consistent and continuously performing at the highest level.
More importantly, these ZEROs reflect something less tangible, but far more valuable – consistency. This ensures that quality and environmental management are not just checked in at the end, they are built in from the very beginning.
For our existing customers, this provides reassurance that the standards you have come to rely on, remain as they always have been, having also been independently checked and verified.
For those of you who are considering working with us, it’s a clear signal of the level of consistency and accountability you can expect from day one.
We know that certifications alone can’t make a great supplier. The people you deal with, the level of customer service and responsiveness matter just as much, but when everything aligns, from systems to mindset, you get something very powerful. Confidence.
